Reds specializes in designing and building exhibition stands in South Africa since 2002. Reds is known for creating wow designs in all types of shell schemes, custom, systems, modular and portable stands.
With our vast experience, we have built many stands over the years and most importantly we can design and build diverse types of stands from system to stretch sets and the large custom double story stands.
Shop Fitting
In addition, we design and build all types of shopfitting from demonstration rooms and showrooms to the highest quality standards. Shopfitting is a specialised field and the finishing of each cupboard, table or shelving must be of extremely high quality as the fittings must last for years.
To clarify, one of the first stands we designed and built was for the Golden Era Group of Companies at the Labels for Africa Show 2003. Consequently, 17 years later we are still building stands for them, the last one being for Propak 2019.

This allows you to concentrate on your business while we attend to the graphic design, printing, production, and delivery of the product. For instance, we have a deep understanding of each facet of the graphic design and printing and promotions industry. We know the individual skilled workers and firms on which we can rely on. Above all Reds will project manage the overall process on your behalf and deliver the approved final product with minimum work on your part.
Written Brief
Aa written brief is preferable, but obviously this is not always practical. We will meet with you to discuss the creative brief and the parameters that we should work within such as your corporate and marketing guidelines. After that meeting, we will gain a full understanding of your key objectives, your products and services and your target market.
Quotation Presented
A quotation will be submitted and approved and typically an advance payment made before we proceed to implementation.
Concept Presented
Our graphic designers will design a concept for your initial approval. Once tweaked to your satisfaction and provided it meets all your objectives, we then implement the design into the final product. Whether this be a logo, business card, brochure, exhibition stand or packaging product.
Proof Submitted
Proofs will be submitted via email in the form of a pdf file. If the campaign warrants the expense of high resolution colour proofs (Sherpa proofs) Reds will supply them.
Completed designs ready for print
When it’s been approved, we will complete the design ready for printing. We send the files to our printers who will supply us with either a pdf or digital plotter proofs for your approval.
Final approval
Once approved, our committed delivery times apply. In conclusion, our estimated delivery time is always stated on our quotations.

Branding
All orders can be branded from 1 to many such as screen and pad printing, embroidery, laser engraving, sublimation printing, digital transfer printing, heat transfer, foiling and debossing.
Delivery
All quotations will always include estimated time of delivery and the delivery charge unless you collect from our offices. We either deliver in person or use a courier service to deliver on our behalf.
